Shipping

Shipping is based on the weight and size and where you are located (orders ship from California, USA). Items are normally shipped via USPS or FedEx within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Expedited shipping may be available upon request (email us). Transit time within the USA can range from 1 to 10 business days. 

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We strive to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase, if however you would like to return the package, returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Please note that orders placed through a special promotion, sale or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange.
